Attorney Profiles

Joshua is originally from Center Point , Iowa , a small rural town in Eastern Iowa .  In 2005 Joshua graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids , Iowa where he majored in Accounting and minored in Finance.  While at Mount Mercy , Joshua received numerous awards and accolades including the Most Outstanding Junior Accounting Student Award and Scholarship, Most Outstanding Finance Student Award, and the Wall Street Journal Award, an award given to the most outstanding graduate in the entire business division.

Joshua graduated with Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2008.  While in law school, Joshua received the Gross and Welch Best Brief Award, the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Commercial Law Sales and Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, was chosen as a Nebraska Moot Court Board Senior Member and was selected to be a problem writer for the first-year legal research and writing class.  Joshua also received a Business Transactions Program of Concentrated Study Certificate, recognizing a focus on studies primarily in business-law related courses.

Joshua passed the Iowa State Bar Exam on September 12, 2008 and is currently licensed to practice in Iowa and Nebraska.
