Kirk Goettsch joins Parsonage Vandenack Williams LLC with an immense amount of legal knowledge and experience.  Kirk has been practicing law for 23 years and is licensed in Nebraska and Iowa where he is well-versed in the areas of commercial litigation, business, tax and estate planning. 

 

Kirk received his Bachelors Degree in Animal Science from Iowa State University in 1982 and attended Law School at Drake University where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1985. Kirk was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.  He was also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, the United States Tax Court and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.

 

Kirk is a member of the American Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association; Story County Bar Association, Ida County Bar Association, Pottawattamie County Bar Association, Iowa County Attorney's Association, American Agriculture Law Association.  Kirk also volunteers his time to many places to better the community
