Kirk Goettsch joined Parsonage Vandenack Williams LLC in 2008 with an immense amount of legal knowledge and experience.  Kirk has been practicing law for more than 25 years, currently focusing his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, business, and tax and estate planning. Kirk is licensed in Nebraska and Iowa, and is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, and Omaha Bar Association. Outside of the courtroom, Kirk regularly volunteers his time to better the community.

Kirk received his Bachelors Degree in Animal Science from Iowa State University in 1982 and attended Law School at Drake University where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1985. Kirk was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.  He was also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, the United States Tax Court and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
