A former business owner and holder of a Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska, Mark understands how to help clients manage, grow and protect their businesses.  He has combined his business acumen with more than a decade of legal experience and advanced knowledge of technology to provide his clients with prompt and courteous service of the highest quality. Mark has significant expertise in the health care and pharmaceutical industries. He assists a wide variety of health care entities — including doctors, ambulatory surgery centers, physicians' groups, dentists, wellness companies, mass immunizers, chiropractors and pharmaceutical operations — with tax, business and regulatory issues. Mark also has extensive experience with tanking, terminaling, warehousing and the energy industry. He regularly counsels clients in these industries in day-to-day matters, transactions and corporate strategy issues. While Mark devotes a substantial amount of his time to these clients, he also regularly represents clients in a variety of other industries, including financial institutions, construction companies, web-based companies and publication businesses.

More about Mark Williams

Mark obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with an emphasis in Decision Science and a minor in Management Information Systems. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Creighton University School of Law.

Mark is a member of the American, Nebraska and Omaha Bar Associations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Children's Respite Care Center, after spending numerous years as its Board Chair. Mark also serves on the Board of Directors and as President of the Stone Creek Homeowners Association and as Clerk and a member of the Board of Trustees for Sanitary Improvement District No. 427.
