Joshua A. Diveley

Josh Diveley is an associate attorney at the firm. He maintains a diverse practice, focusing his efforts on corporate law, partnerships, taxation issues, estate planning and probate, employee benefits, including retirement plan designing and implementation, and small business organizations and operations.

M. Thomas Langan II

Tom Langan joined Parsonage Vandenack Williams LLC in 2010 as a Law Clerk. After graduating with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, he joined the firm as an associate in 2011. Tom currently focuses his practice in the areas of business law, tax law, corporate formation, health care law, and estate and business succession planning.

A partner at Parsonage Vandenack Williams LLC, Ron Parsonage has been practicing law within the Omaha metropolitan area for more than 40 years. His dedication and vast knowledge of the law are tremendous assets to his clients and to his fellow attorneys at the firm. Ron currently focuses his practice on tax law, business law, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, health care, and wealth succession planning. When working with Ron, even the most sophisticated business issues become simple.

Ron received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell College in 1960, and he received his Juris Doctorate from the Creighton University School of Law in 1968. Ron served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard E. Robinson, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court of the District of Nebraska from 1967 to 1969.

Ron is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska State and Federal Courts and the American Bar Association. He has been a frequent lecturer at programs on estate planning and business sales and acquisitions, including seminars sponsored by the National Business Institute, Nebraska Continuing Legal Education, Inc. and the Creighton University School of Law
